I am interested in the healing process—what needs to be present for our bodies and minds to embrace our own healing. Massage is part of my spiritual practice working with the sacred territory of the human body.

I am a Registered Craniosacral Therapist, completing a 2 year national training program. I am certified with the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America.
Craniosacral work focuses on the nervous system to ease tensions and undo patterns of stress and pain. Craniosacral therapy combined with muscle massage and deeper touch, brings deep relaxation and lasting pain relief.
I am passionate about working with people recovering from surgery and injury. I help clients find a pace that gives their body time to heal, while working gently to improve circulation and increase movement.
I am certified in Swedish and deep tissue massage, and Phenomenal Touch techniques. I have extended my studies with training in Balinese, Chinese, Thai, sports massage, polarity and techniques to ease pre-natal stress.

My healing work extends into the community as a volunteer with Santa Cruz Hospice and with the Santa Cruz Threshold Choir where I sing at the bedsides of hospice patients and those recovering from illness and surgery. I know the healing power of a good dog. I visit hospital patients and children’s classrooms doing canine assisted therapy with my standard poodle, Mia. I also teach art and writing and encourage the artist inside each of us, however it wishes to be expressed.
I work independently and with the Santa Cruz Naturopathic Medical Center in downtown Santa Cruz, CA.
