II am an artist, a writer and teacher. I sing with the Santa Cruz Threshold Choir, at the bedsides of hospice patients and those recovering from illness and surgery. I am involved with canine assisted therapy and know the healing power of a good dog. I take Mia, my standard poodle to visit hospital patients and children’s classrooms. I coach volleyball, teach art and writing and encourage the artist inside each of us, however it wishes to be expressed.
